Visits begin with a consultation. The team uses the consultation to choose a cut and color that suit the client's face shape, skin tone, lifestyle and how much upkeep they want to commit to. Color is chosen with skin tone, eye color, schedule and lifestyle in mind. The salon says it aims to build long-term relationships with clients and to keep them current with beauty trends, and that the stylists work together so clients feel comfortable.

Babylights, described as delicate highlights for a natural bright blonde from the root, are offered in full or partial versions with a blow-dry or a haircut. Balayage is painted on for a graduated, natural-looking result. Platinum color is available on virgin hair, and new clients are asked to call for a consultation first. Touch-ups on Tuesdays and Thursdays are $60 for root work only.

Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM; the salon is closed Sunday and Monday.
