Blonding is a central focus. Existing blonding clients can book a Signature Blonding Refresh that includes a custom gloss or toner, K18 bond repair and styling, though this service is not meant for major color changes. For bigger shifts, a free color consultation comes first, lasting about 15 minutes, and its fee goes toward a color service. Moving highlighted or dimensional hair to all-over blonde is a longer appointment, around six hours, and the full color change is priced after consultation.

Extensions are a separate track. Options include a free 30-minute consultation, installation, blending, hairline density work with K-Tips, Eterna Medusa refresh and weft extensions, and maintenance, refresh and removal visits. Eterna Medusa wefts need a consultation before the hair is ordered, and the hair is priced separately.

Smoothing services include keratin treatments, a Brazilian blowout and QiQi Hair Control, with a consultation required for the full QiQi treatment. Retail shelves carry hair care from several professional brands, along with tools, skincare, makeup, fragrance, clothing and swimwear.

Consultations come before the larger color, extension and smoothing services so the plan can be matched to the hair.
