Every visit begins with a consultation covering goals, hair history and a realistic timeline. Major changes, extensions and complex color history need a consultation before booking, and highlighting, balayage, extension and keratin services are marked as consult required. A deposit may be taken at booking for partial and full highlights, balayage, extension install and move-up, and keratin treatment. Clients who cannot attend are asked to tell the studio as soon as possible so the appointment can be moved.

Services are grouped as haircut, styling, color, highlighting, treatments and extensions. Haircuts include shampoo and a finished style, and the studio offers root retouching for new growth and gray coverage, single-process color from roots to ends, and gloss or toner for tone and shine. Highlighting covers foil placement, full lightening, and hand-painted balayage, including a lived-in color option with a soft grow-out. Keratin treatments and a keratin blowout are offered, along with clarifying, deep conditioning and K18 add-ons.

The studio also offers extension services: a move-up that reinstalls existing extensions with a blend cut, and full installs that add length and fullness, with pricing that depends on method and how much hair is used. Clients can keep their hair looking good between visits with maintenance products. Redken and Pureology items are offered, and three signature routines (Redken Color Longevity, Color Wow Smooth Control and K18 Molecular Repair) are requested through a studio form. Maintenance essentials can be picked up in the studio after a visit.

Hours are Monday and Thursday 9 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday 10 AM to 8 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 3 PM. The studio is closed on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Clients can open a private JDH Pass to share contact details, consent choices, notes and reference images, and email and text permissions are collected separately there.

Each visit is one-on-one and starts with a consultation on goals, hair history and realistic timing. The studio puts hair health first and aims for a result that suits the client rather than a passing trend.
