Hair services cover haircuts and blowouts, hair coloring, balayage, deep conditioning, keratin treatments, perms, root touch-ups, updos, and a scalp and head spa service that uses the Surface Awaken Scalp Facial. Tape-in extensions generally last about 8 weeks, I-Link extensions up to 12 weeks, and Web extensions need adjusting every 6 weeks with full reinstallation every 18 weeks.

Other services include facials performed by estheticians using cleansing, exfoliating and nourishing products, face and body waxing, brow tints, lash lifts and tints, and Norvell spray tanning customized to each client's skin tone. Special occasion hairstyling is offered for weddings, prom, homecoming and other events such as photo sessions.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, closed Sunday, with other times available by appointment. Appointments can be requested through an online form, and a representative then contacts the client to schedule. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair for most styling services, and the salon provides pre-appointment care instructions. Cancellations and reschedules should be made as early as possible, and some services have specific notice requirements.
