The Hair Care and More grouping covers the core of the menu: relaxers, silk press, short haircuts, quick weaves, sew-ins and tape-ins, natural hair styling, braids in every phase, eyelash services, waxing and deep conditioning treatments. Every service in that grouping includes a shampoo and a style.

Braids are a large part of the menu, with kids' braids, Ghana, goddess and feed-in braids, crochet braids, box braids, lemonade braids with long ponytails, and several knotless sizes. Listed times range from about 45 minutes for feed-in styles to around four hours for lemonade braids. Hair is included in the large and medium knotless prices.

Weave services include basic sew-ins with three bundles, sew-ins with a closure, lace wig installs, quick weaves and weave maintenance, plus a tape-in consultation. Men's cuts, haircuts and shampoo, blowout and trim appointments are also on the list.

The salon sells Textures by Posh hair in several wave and straight styles, along with tape-ins, frontals, closures and 360 frontals, and it sells a Posh T-shirt. It also offers a Tennessee State Board practical kit and class for $375. The kit is a final sale with a one-week turnaround and holds task bags for the state practical test.
