Guests are greeted, offered a beverage and seated in a calm salon. Every service begins with a consultation, where guests talk through what they want, any concerns, allergies and medical conditions. Some requests take more than one visit, and the salon notes that late guests may have appointments rescheduled while it tries to still deliver the service.
A cut includes a consultation, scalp massage, shampoo, conditioner and blow dry. The hair menu also includes chignons, blow dry styling, blow dries with flat ironing, eyebrow tinting, single and two-process tints, half and full head highlights, balayage, men's gray blending and a botanical therapy hair treatment.
Barber services for men are offered. Facials and waxing with brow services are offered at the Broadway location only. Facials come in 30, 60 and 90 minute lengths and include steam, extractions, exfoliation, a mask, facial massage, toner and moisturizer, and a plant peel or dermaplane can be added to any facial. Waxing covers the chin and lip, brow clean-up and brow re-shaping.
The salon's philosophy centers on simplicity, kindness and care, using natural products.
