Color is a major part of the menu. Bayalage is a French hand-painted highlight technique that gives a lived-in look with a soft grow-out. Platinum Card lightens every strand from root to end for the palest blonde, and Platinum Card Retouch refreshes regrowth on the same plan, ideally every six to eight weeks. Color correction is a custom service for uneven color, and Color Refresh/Toner uses a demi-permanent color to cancel unwanted tones and add shine. Fashion and vivid color covers pastels and bright shades, and gray blending is available through Gray Camo, which is designed to be low maintenance. New color clients complete a hair history questionnaire in Vagaro before booking, and color correction and fashion color begin with a consultation.

Hair extensions are another focus, and the salon uses Great Lengths products made with 100% Remi hair. Options include hand-tied wefts stitched onto a beaded foundation, which the salon says is its most requested method, invisible bead extensions, tape-ins, keratin fused tips applied with heat at the salon, and single-strand keratin installations that last three to six months with no in-salon upkeep. Tape-ins are typically the most affordable choice, followed by invisible bead and keratin strand options. Extensions are suited to healthy, fairly long hair, and a consultation is required before booking. A first installation can take three to four hours or be split across sessions. Clients are advised to blow dry the roots where extensions attach.

For cuts, the Curly Hair Cut is a dry cut shaped to each client's curl pattern and density, with shampoo and deep conditioning included, product education and a suggested at-home routine. Clients are asked to arrive with their hair in its natural wave. Medium and long cuts are custom for any style, and short and barber cuts use clippers or scissors over comb. Blowouts include a relaxing shampoo and deep conditioning, and can be finished with curls, beach waves or flat ironing. Keratin Complex smoothing reduces curl, reinforces hair structure and reduces frizz.

The salon focuses on hair that suits each client's cut and natural texture, using botanical-based products that it describes as eco-friendly and made in the USA.
