The salon's stated view is that good hair care should feel personal, and it says it aims to make sustainability part of daily operations. Each service is tailored to the guest's hair type and goals. Color pricing uses Vish color scale technology to fit each client's hair, and prices vary by stylist level, so guests can ask the Guest Experience Team about other levels.

Guests who are unsure which stylist to book can take the Stylist Matchmaking Quiz, which takes about five minutes and pairs them with up to three stylists based on hair type, schedule and personality. A specialty consultation is complimentary and is encouraged before perms and smoothing treatments. The salon has a signature lather lounge.

Appointment changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. A credit card is kept on file and charged only for late cancellations or no-shows. Reminders go out by email five days ahead and by text three days ahead. Services may be adjusted at no charge within two weeks of an appointment, at the salon's discretion. Refunds are not offered for services rendered.
