Each service is built around botanical skincare and holistic methods. Facials begin with a plant-based routine and can be extended with enhancements such as hydro-dermabrasion, LED light therapy, chemical peel, Dr Vodder lymphatic drainage, gua sha and oxygen mist. Massage sessions run one, one and a half, or two hours, with enhancements that include cupping, hot stones with CBD, aromatherapy and trigger point therapy. The salon also offers a 30-minute mini massage covering the neck, shoulders, back, glutes or legs, and feet.

New clients are often steered toward the Intro Skin Ritual, a 60-minute facial with a double cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, extractions if needed, and a massage with serums and hydration. The salon describes Le Buccal, a $255 facial built on a release and lift technique with buccal massage, gua sha and lymphatic drainage, as its most sought-after luxury facial. A microcurrent add-on called Electric Feel pairs well with it.

Before a first visit, clients receive a door code for the building. Guests wait in the waiting area until their name is called and may text on arrival rather than knocking on the suite door. Hours are 10 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday and 10 AM to 3 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
