New clients book through the First Time Client section. An initial visit covers a thorough skin evaluation, a look at skin history, a conversation about concerns and objectives, and a tailored treatment plan that includes a home-care routine. Chemical peels, microneedling and dermaplaning are not part of that first appointment. Remote first appointments follow the same steps but skip the in-person treatment.

The Acne Program supports clients at any level of breakouts, from the occasional flare to long-running or inflamed skin. Care can happen in the studio or through virtual check-ins, paired with tailored home care and continued support. Other facial options include the multi-step HydraFacial, which cleanses, exfoliates, extracts and hydrates; Glo2Facial; DMK Enzyme Therapy; and Korean treatments adapted to each client's skin condition. Dermaplaning, massage and cryotherapy come with treatments. Add-ons, including CO2Lift masks, chemical peel boosters and HydraFacial lip or eye perks, are chosen at the time of booking.

The Virtual Acne Program comes in two options. Online Intake + Text Support is self-guided, with an online intake form that includes skin history and photos, a $25 initial enrollment fee and bi-weekly text check-ins. Live Consultation + Virtual Support begins with a $100 30-minute video consultation that includes a $50 product credit, followed by bi-weekly 15-minute video check-ins at $25 each. Both require a minimum three-month commitment for best results. Recommendations are sent within 2 to 3 business days after intake and payment are received. The studio states that visible improvements can occur within 12 weeks, though timelines vary and individual plans are personalized.

Home care is required to work with the studio, and the number of treatments needed depends on skin concerns, consistency, hormones, diet and lifestyle. The studio does not offer one-and-done services and cannot guarantee outcomes without home care. Starter routines typically begin around $250. A valid card is required to book, and a $50 non-refundable retainer is due at booking and applied to the total. Cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead are charged 50% of the service total, and no-shows are charged 100%. Clients under 18 are not treated.
