On the fitness side, the reformer classes FORM and FORM Sculpt are heated to 80 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit, while the mat classes FORMAT, the Format Method, Power Yoga and Sculpt + Flow are heated to 90 to 95 degrees. Strength and Recover / Yin are unheated, and Recover / Yin uses long supported holds. The Format Method is a 45-minute, music-driven, dance-inspired Pilates class open to all levels. Mats and props are provided. Grippy socks are required for FORM and FORMAT and can be bought at the front desk, and the Format Method accepts grippy socks or indoor tennis shoes.

The med spa begins with a consultation that looks at goals, timeline and comfort level, and the client decides afterward. Pricing for treatments is confirmed at that consultation before anything is booked. Injectables and skin treatments are performed under medical supervision, and candidacy is decided at the consult. Dysport and Xeomin are offered as Botox alternatives, and the filler approach is described as conservative and natural, building gradually toward balance. Financing is available for treatments.

The wellness side includes IV drips, physician-supervised peptide and NAD protocols run in twelve-week arcs that start with a consultation, and vitamin booster shots. At-home NAD begins with training in the office. Nutrition is led by a registered dietitian and built on the studio's five pillars of community, fitness, nutrition, recovery and longevity. Nutrition support is also offered alongside GLP-1 and dual GIP/GLP-1 medications.
