Each facial begins with a skin consultation, and the treatment is tailored to skin type, concerns and goals. Facials are priced by length at 60, 75 or 90 minutes and include modalities such as gua sha, light therapy and dermaplaning. Facials can be booked during pregnancy; the studio says most of its products are pregnancy-safe and positions clients comfortably if they cannot lie flat.

The studio works from a somatic philosophy, which holds that easing stress and supporting the nervous system shows up in the skin and in overall health. Its primary lines are Blissoma, Botnia and Alamano Skincare, described as woman-owned, small-batch and plant-based. Partner lines are chosen for effectiveness, ingredient integrity, ethical sourcing and a reasonable price.

Clients receive an intake form by text or email before their first visit and are asked to arrive about five minutes early. Most jewelry should come off before a facial. Before a facial, clients avoid retinol for 48 hours and limit sun exposure before and after; two weeks should pass between neurotoxin or filler injections and a facial. Retinols, AHAs and BHAs should be stopped five days before waxing. Children are usually not brought to appointments, so clients who need to bring one should ask in advance. Payment is accepted by Square (cards, tap and mobile), Venmo and cash, and tipping is optional.

Built on somatic skincare, which treats stress reduction and nervous system support as part of skin health, and uses plant-based product lines selected for effectiveness and ethical sourcing.
