Co-owner and makeup instructor Fifi Diaz joined the business in 2008. Makeup instruction and makeup techniques are part of what the salon offers. The salon says its team's editorial work has appeared on magazine covers, on runways, and on TV and media shows in San Diego.

The Loving You Through It program is a non-profit at the salon, founded by Snooky Rico, that offers free services to cancer patients. Patients can have their heads shaved, take makeup tutorials and receive donated scarves, and services are given in a private room in the salon. The salon has become a Wig Bank for the American Cancer Society through the program, and the salon says it has served over 600 women from San Diego County and surrounding areas.
