It includes all-over color in one shade from roots to ends, which takes about 2 hours and uses two bowls of color; longer or fuller hair may need additional product. Highlighting is offered in several sizes: partial highlights foil the sides and top (about 2 hours), full highlights go throughout the head (about 2 hours 30 minutes), mini highlights cover a money piece or a top veil (about 1 hour 30 minutes), and king highlights use the most foils possible (about 3 hours). Balayage, foilage, ombre and hand-painting take about 2 hours 45 minutes. Color touch-ups for four to six week maintenance take about 1 hour 30 minutes, and platinum touch-ups about 2 hours. Platinum blonding or specialty color takes about 3 hours, creative color such as unicorn and anime hair takes about 3 hours, and color correction is booked by the hour. Toner is available only as a blow-dry add-on and takes about 30 minutes.

Haircuts include a full cut with shampoo and styling, which takes about 1 hour 40 minutes, and a shorter maintenance visit of about 1 hour 15 minutes for clients who come in every four to six weeks. Bang trims and neck trims take about 30 minutes each. Clients who want only a wash and blowout without a cut can book a shampoo, style and blowout, which takes about 1 hour.

Treatments are short add-ons that can be booked alongside a service. Options include a tea tree scalp treatment (about 15 minutes), Keratriplex and Olaplex treatments (about 15 minutes each), and a Hydrotriplex treatment (about 30 minutes). A VIP hot towel treatment with five extra minutes of massage is offered as an add-on and takes about 15 minutes.

Updos are offered for weddings and events. A bridal updo takes about 1 hour 30 minutes and a special occasion updo about 2 hours. Clients with a larger or more involved request can book a custom service, which is scheduled at about 3 hours 30 minutes.
