The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Appointments can be requested by calling or texting 404-975-3887 or through the online request form.

Every haircut and style includes shampooing and conditioning with Aveda products, and the studio uses and sells Aveda hair care. Color work spans men's color, women's color with styling, glazes, partial and full highlights, and corrective color, which is priced after a consultation. Blow dry is not included in the Olaplex treatment or deep conditioning services.

The studio uses several color lines, including Redken in permanent, semi-permanent and non-ammonia formulas and the Artego line of permanent and gel colors. It also offers three GKhair keratin smoothing options, one for curly hair, one for normal to medium-curly hair, and one for blonde hair only.
