Brows are the studio's main focus. Clients can choose tinting on its own, mapping and waxing (with trimming and styling available as add-ons), a hybrid stain that colors both skin and hair and is paired with waxing, lamination with an optional tint, or a nourishing brow treatment. First-time clients booking a lamination or tint can add consultation time to help pick the right brow service. According to the studio, the hybrid stain can last up to 7 days on skin and 6 weeks on hair, and lamination combined with waxing lasts 4 to 6 weeks.

Packages bundle repeat visits at a lower combined price, and benefits apply automatically when booking on the services page and checking out. The Brow Maintenance Package covers a lamination, tint and wax at the first visit, a hybrid tint and wax around weeks 4 to 5, and brow shaping around weeks 8 to 9. The Brow Ritual membership is $30 a month, month-to-month with auto-pay, and includes one brow shaping each month with service every 3 to 4 weeks. Members also receive discounted add-ons, including hybrid tint for $20 and brow lamination for $25.

Lash and facial services are smaller parts of the menu. The Korean Lash Lift & Tint curls natural lashes without extensions and can include a tint, and the studio states results last about 6 to 8 weeks. Facial waxing is available by area, from upper lip and side burns to a full face. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Before brow services, clients should avoid brow growth serums, exfoliants and AHA or BHA retinoids around the brow area for at least 72 hours. For lash lifts, lashes should be clean with no extensions and ideally without contacts. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged 10% of the service total. Clients who miss an appointment without calling are not allowed to book future appointments. The studio is open Tuesday to Thursday 10:30 AM to 5 PM, Friday 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Saturday 11 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
