Revision Beauty started as a lash business run by its owner, who first offered lash services from home. The owner rented a studio in the second year of doing lash work, and waxing, brow services and facials were added in the fourth year of operation.
Appointments are held Monday through Thursday, 10 AM to 9:30 PM, and the business is closed Friday through Sunday. Lash appointment times include a 15-minute grace period unless the timing is discussed beforehand. Clients are asked to enter the address manually into maps so navigation reaches the correct building.
Lash fills are priced by how long ago the previous set was applied. A 0-18 day fill ($75, about 100 minutes) needs at least half of the lashes from the previous set still in place. An 18-30 day fill ($95, about 120 minutes) needs at least 30 percent remaining.
A deposit of $5 to $45, depending on the service, is required to book. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, or not showing up, carries a fee of 35% of the total. Refunds are not given. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
Services are scheduled by their set length, and lash fills are booked according to the timing of the previous set.
