Beyond extensions, the studio offers eyelash removal, including removal of extensions applied at another salon, and a lash lift for clients who want a natural look or who are sensitive to extensions. Lash and brow tinting are available, and tinting is suggested for clients with light or blonde lashes. A topical anesthetic is used to numb the area before and during lash and brow procedures.

The brow menu includes waxing, tinting, henna brows and lamination, plus eyebrow micropigmentation, also called microblading, microshading or powder brows. The microshading soft-shading service uses a digital machine and does not need a pencil or traditional brow tinting. Pigment is stated to last between one and three years, and a touch-up is recommended within four to six weeks of the first session and then every few months to two years. Brow and lash procedures are not offered during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and clients with a cancer or chemotherapy history are asked to have a doctor's clearance first.

Makeup services range from a basic express application to full face makeup with contouring, highlighting and lash strips, plus bridal options that include a bridal trial, bride-only makeup and bridal party makeup. Bride-only makeup includes travel up to 15 miles outside South Charlotte, and bridal party pricing depends on party size and location, so clients are asked to call for a quote. Makeup classes run one-on-one or in groups at the Charlotte studio, from a short tutorial to a foundation course and a longer mastery class. The studio also teaches eyelash extension training for lash artists, which is offered in Charlotte and Greensboro.

Lash extensions are applied with attention to the health of natural lashes, and aftercare is discussed at each appointment. The studio says that correctly applied and maintained extensions should not damage healthy natural lashes.
