Every visit starts with a consultation covering the client's goals, concerns, allergies, medical conditions and preferences. A consultation is recommended before major color changes, extensions, lash extensions and permanent makeup, and suggested before choosing a body sculpting treatment. Product recommendations are matched to each client's hair, skin and goals. Many services are listed as starting prices because timing and complexity vary, and the final range is confirmed before work begins. Hair extensions are priced after a consultation, since cost depends on length and texture. Color corrections and transformations may take more than one session.

Redo requests need to be raised within 72 hours of the original appointment, and the corrective service has to be completed within 7 days. Unused products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, when returned in the salon, for another product of equal value. Services are not refunded for any reason. Listed prices include the service charge, which is not shown separately in the online booking portal.

Smocks are available to shield clothing, but the salon accepts no responsibility for harm to belongings, including hair-dye marks, and cannot be held liable for items that are lost or taken. Only clients receiving a service may enter the styling area, and everyone else waits in the reception space, a rule the insurer requires. Young guests cannot enter the spa or nail rooms and need an adult with them anywhere on the premises. Late arrivals are fitted in where possible, though a treatment may be cut short or rescheduled. Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal check, cash, Zelle, Venmo and Cash App.
