The first-haircut package comes with a memento card holding a curl of hair, a printed photograph, and a product sample to take home. Children's cuts usually run about 30 minutes. Siblings can be scheduled one after another, and each child is still served on their own.

Beyond cuts, the menu covers braids and styling (French, Dutch and fishtail braids, hair tinsel, heat tool styling and a hands-on braiding workshop for kids and parents), color from money pieces and highlights to mermaid and streak color, perms and treatments such as detangling, swim hair rescue and conditioning with a blowout. Kids' parties are hosted at the salon, with staggered appointment times for several children; pricing and minimum guest counts are given on request.

Booking is online through the salon's booking platform. Deposits go toward the appointment total and are non-refundable for sensory-friendly haircuts, first haircut packages, children's haircuts and several other services. Color, perm and highlight services need a consultation first. The salon is open Monday, Thursday and Friday afternoons and on weekends, and is closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
