The studio grew out of Candice's braiding practice, which she turned into a business in 2018. It operates from a suite at 14850 N Cave Creek Rd in Phoenix and is open Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 9 PM, with Sundays closed.

Boho work includes traditional boho styles that combine box braids with added human hair, knotless boho braids using braiding hair in colors 1, 1B, 2 and 4 with human hair included, and custom boho styles built with bulk human hair, such as mermaid braids, starting at $400. Custom boho requires a photo of the client's natural hair and an inspiration image, and the client brings their own hair. Knotless braids start at $225 and use X-pression or Ruwa hair, and traditional box braids start at $175. Tribal braids can be customized with sew-in blends, crochet, knotless braids or Miracle Knots in the back.

Miracle Knots come in two versions. The client-supplied version starts at $165 for a 280-minute-plus appointment, and the hair-included version starts at $360 with natural (150 strands), full (200 strands) or extra full (300 strands) options using premium human hair. Hair-included appointments must be booked at least four business days ahead so the hair can be ordered and delivered. A feed-in method costs $50 and can be added to the regular install, and adding braiding hair starts at $75 for thin hair or extra length.

Add-ons include Curly Ends, a free service that curls braid ends with rods in about 30 minutes, and a free blow-dry that takes about 30 minutes when hair arrives washed and detangled. Make It Boho adds a human hair bundle and chosen texture to tribal, fulani or cornrow styles for $80. Bundle add-ons and Make It Boho require a $79 deposit, and Fancy Tribal deposits are non-refundable and applied to the final balance. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. A 30% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.
