Alongside Emily, the team includes Paige Acuna, a Level 3 stylist who also manages the salon, Violet Talton, a Level 2 stylist, and Gabrielle Lopez and Marissa Rojas, both Level 1 stylists.

Color and cutting are the core of the work. The salon focuses on low-maintenance color, with balayage, blondes, dimensional brunettes and razor cuts. Extensions are a major part of the menu: the salon uses EasiHairPro hand-tied extensions, tapes and fusions, and describes its hand-tied method as lightweight, meant to blend with natural hair while adding volume and length. Free hair extension consultations with a stylist, which run 30 minutes and do not include installation, let clients plan before booking.

Every visit is by reservation. A credit card is required to hold a booking, and cancellations or rescheduling requests need 24 hours' notice. A cancellation inside 24 hours is charged 50% of the booked services. Arriving 10 to 15 minutes late can shorten a service or affect the result. Children under 12 are asked to come only when they have a service, and cancellation fees caused by that rule are waived. Monetary refunds are not offered on services.

If a guest is not fully satisfied, they can contact the salon within 7 days of the appointment for a complimentary adjustment with their stylist. Fix appointments for reasonable adjustments are complimentary and must be requested within 7 days of the original service and scheduled within 14 days. Redo appointments must be booked within 14 days of the original service and are usually done by the same stylist unless management approves otherwise. Color corrections may take more than one session. A redo may be declined if professional recommendations were refused, if hair was altered at home or elsewhere, or if the guest arrives more than 15 minutes late. Unsatisfactory or broken retail products can be exchanged within 14 days.

Pricing is organized into Express Packages, for clients who need color without a cut or style, and Signature Packages, which include a signature haircut and style. Custom packages can include grey coverage, glossing, up to two additional bowls of color and bond protection when needed, along with a deep conditioning and leave-in treatment selected for each client's hair. The salon states its packages have no hidden costs. Transformation work is billed hourly after a required consultation, with a 4-hour minimum reserve. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in amounts of $150, $200, $250, $300 or a custom amount, and the salon offers balance checks and reloads. Parking is in the public lot, and complimentary snacks and drinks are offered.
