Visits start with a consultation. Free consultations are offered to talk through hair goals, and virtual consultations are available for clients who live out of town. Extension installs require a consultation first; it costs $50, includes a custom color match, maintenance pricing, hair care education and a scalp health evaluation, and a deposit is needed. Private appointments are offered for clients dealing with hair loss or scalp sensitivity. Appointments of two hours or less need 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel, and longer ones need 48 hours. Late cancellations incur a fee of half the appointment price, and no-shows are charged for the full service.

Extension options include tape-in wefts, handtied extensions, K-Tip keratin bonds, Hairdreams nano extensions, Natural Beaded Rows, Invisible Bead Extensions, the Luna Method, and mesh integration with crown toppers. Mesh integration is a non-surgical, semi-permanent option for hair loss that attaches extensions to a breathable mesh foundation. Maintenance visits are priced by row and include removal, a signature shampoo, reinstallation and a blowout, with beach waves available. Coloring and toning for extensions is also offered.

Color services range from single process color and highlights around the face to blended blonde highlights, gray coverage touch-ups, glosses, and a Fusio Dose treatment. Haircuts include a consultation, and the Nine Zero Four Signature Blowout includes a scalp massage and a styling session. Services not listed on the menu can be customized on request. The salon also offers a formaldehyde-free keratin treatment and relaxer through its added import services.
