The facial menu runs from a teen facial for clients aged 18 and under, which includes high frequency, a custom mask and LED light therapy, through the RESET facial, which includes a deep cleanse, exfoliation, targeted extractions, hydration and a massage. Longer options include REFINE, which uses clinical-grade exfoliation and hydration with a recharging facial massage, and REFINE with a neck treatment. FUSION lets clients build their facial from two or three add-on treatments, such as dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, nano-needling or an enzyme peel. Dermaplaning is also available as its own 45-minute service, and the BACK RESET facial can be paired with a peel.
Brow services include tinting, waxing combined with tinting, and waxing alone, with lash tinting offered as a 20-minute service. The waxing menu covers the face, neck, underarms, shoulders, back, chest and men's grooming, and includes a full face wax and a Bro-Zillian wax for the male intimate area.
Series packages are sold as three facials, and RESET and REFINE can be redeemed under a package for clients who have already bought one. The REFINE series requires at least three RESET facials first. Bookings are made on Glossgenius, and clients keep a card on file, which means they agree to the cancellation terms. Clients must give 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel, late cancellations are charged 50%, and no-shows or no-calls are charged the full price. Several services take a deposit, including dermaplaning, the teen facial for new clients, lash tinting, full face wax, chest wax and underarm wax. Lash tint clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup or mascara.
Each service is adjusted to the client's skin needs, with the aim of supporting skin health, balance and gradual improvement over time.
