Refreshed Beauty Bar

Refreshed Beauty Bar is operated by Refreshed Beauty LLC and is located at 512 Optical Ln, Suite 111, in Cary. Parking is free, and booking confirmation emails include instructions for getting into the building.

Brow lamination uses a chemical solution that softens the bonds in brow hair so the hairs lift and hold in the chosen position. Results are described as lasting about six to eight weeks. Brow shaping is also offered.

There are two facials. The Refreshed Beauty Facial is a thorough, personalized session with professional exfoliation, extractions and lymphatic drainage. The Express Refreshed Facial is a shorter option for clients with limited time.

Before a service, clients are asked to stop using retinols, prescription acne treatments, benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid and glycolic acid at least five days ahead. Clients taking Accutane cannot be serviced. Appointments can be booked up to 45 days ahead, with a nonrefundable 30% deposit at booking that goes toward the appointment.

The studio is open Sunday from 9 AM to 3 PM, Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Payment is by debit, credit or tap, and clients are asked to bring their physical card. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service price to the card on file, and no-shows fall under the same policy. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be accommodated if possible; otherwise the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Corrective skincare and brow work suited to each client's features, with the aim of clients leaving looking and feeling good with minimal effort.
