Brow work is a large part of the menu. Brow lamination is a chemical treatment that smooths, lifts, and sets natural brows, and the business recommends repeating it every six to eight weeks. Lamination is only performed when the client's brows are in safe condition to treat. The Brow Lamination with Consultation package ($90) includes a brow consultation and shaping done by waxing, threading, or tweezing, and a brow tint can be added for $15. For regular upkeep, the Brow Collective is a six-month subscription with one brow service each month, priced at a $10 one-time setup fee plus $32 per month, or $202 in total. Subscriptions cannot be shared.

Facials are customized. Journey's Signature Facial is a 60-minute treatment priced at $125 that starts with a skin analysis and a double cleanse, then uses gentle exfoliation or targeted extractions depending on what the skin needs. It finishes with a replenishing mask, hydrating serums, moisturizer, and SPF. Treatments can be paired with a playlist that clients can also stream on Apple Music.

Clients can also shop the business's online store, which lists 28 products across post-wax aftercare, cleansers, toners, serums, moisturizers and SPF, lip care, and merchandise. Digital gift cards start at $25.

Sherelle customizes each service around a client's goals, with personal, candid care meant to leave clients feeling confident in their skin.
