The salon's aim is to enhance what clients already have, so they look natural without needing much makeup. Each service is tailored after a conversation about what the client needs, and the salon measures success by client comfort and satisfaction.

Lash extensions come in three styles. Classic applies one lash to each natural lash. Hybrid mixes one-to-two or one-to-three ratios with the classic approach, and Volume places most lashes in a one-to-many ratio. A classic partial set of 50 to 70 lashes is $99, a classic full set is $129, a hybrid set is $179, and a volume set is $209. The salon says it uses an allergy-free, waterproof bonding agent. Touchups are recommended about every three weeks, though some clients need them sooner. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes, and appointments running more than 15 minutes late are rescheduled. Lash extension appointments are booked by phone, and new clients bringing extensions from another location need a phone consultation with the office manager before a touchup, with pricing set at the appointment.

Lash lift takes about an hour and lifts natural lashes from the root, with results lasting up to six to eight weeks. Lash tint is a 30-minute service using a plant-based dye and lasts two to four weeks. A lash lift and tint combo is $115, and a first-time client version is $95. The salon says it cannot predict exact outcomes and that the treatment does not add length to lashes. If a client is unhappy within 48 hours, the salon will repeat the service, offer alternatives, or refund the payment.

Microblading uses cosmetic tattoo pigments to create hair-like strokes and is preceded by a numbing agent. The full service is $595 and includes the initial application plus one or two touchups four to six weeks later, with a first-time client special at $450. A $50 deposit is required at booking and applied to the completed appointment. Rescheduling within 48 hours keeps the deposit toward the appointment, while cancelling less than 24 hours ahead forfeits it. Clients are asked to avoid workouts, alcohol, and caffeine for 24 hours before the procedure.

Brow lamination is $79, with tint $89, and with tint and wax $99. It uses a perming solution to realign brow hairs, followed by a setting lotion, an optional tint, and a nourishing treatment, with results lasting up to six to eight weeks. Facials include a Classic Facial at $125 for 60 minutes aimed at skin maintenance, and the Epo Signature Anti-aging Facial at $165 for 90 minutes with microdermabrasion and LED phototherapy. Waxing covers eyebrows, lip or chin, arms, bikini, Brazilian, legs, and more. Full-body waxing includes eyebrow, Brazilian, and upper lip. The salon says its aestheticians are specially trained and experienced in bikini and facial hair waxing. Appointments can be booked online, and lash extensions are booked by phone. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours ahead, or a no-show, incurs a $25 fee that must be paid before the next appointment can be booked. The salon is open 10am to 7pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturday.
