Clients can book a free consultation for color and blonding services, and extension consultations are also free, with hair purchased during that visit.
Blowouts and styling are another focus. The Weekly Refresh Club is a monthly membership at $135 per month that includes four signature blowouts a month, shampoo and a scalp massage at each visit, professional styling, 10% off retail products, $10 off hot tool styling upgrades, and priority scheduling.
Booking is done through the salon's online menu on its Square page. Each appointment is reserved for a single client, and the salon does not double book. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a service; later cancellations carry a $50 fee. The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 11 am to 7 pm and Friday and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, and is closed Sundays and Mondays.
