The menu is built around hair color and cutting. Services include custom cuts, blow outs and styling, single-process and all-over color, root work, partial and full highlights, face-frame highlights, balayage, toners, and vivid or fashion color. Color correction is also offered, with the price set according to the work involved.

Color is where Christy focuses most. She works with redheads, lived-in color, blondes, dimensional color and curly hair. Vivid and fashion color requires a consultation before booking, and a consultation is also offered at no charge for clients who want to talk through options first. Christy talks clients through their options during appointments.

Booking rules are straightforward. Appointments and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice, including same-day cancellations, are charged 50% of the service total, and that fee has to be paid before a new booking is made. Payment is accepted through Venmo, Cash App and Apple Cash. The salon is open Monday from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, and Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and is closed on weekends.
