New clients begin with a consultation, and the team builds a maintenance plan around the client's hair history, lifestyle and goals. Haircuts are shaped to each client's everyday style, and extensive clipper cuts are not offered.

Services are grouped into menus. The Vivids menu covers vivid and alternative color, from The Bold Mini starting at $170 to The Bold Transformation, a full color change that takes 5 to 8 hours. The Modern menu includes The Modern Blonde, a custom blonding package at $395 that takes about 5.5 hours and includes a K18 treatment, shadow root and gloss. The classic menu includes color from $135, partial and full highlights, color correction and Classic Highlight and Grey Blending at $250. The Bold Transformation and Color Correction require a consultation first, and new clients are booked for up to 8 hours for those services.

Practical details: the salon offers free private parking, with the lot entered off Ridgewood or from the front of the plaza, along with free WiFi, phone chargers, and a coffee bar serving wine, sparkling water and water. It also has an online retail feature. Hours are Wednesday 3:30 PM to 7 PM, Thursday and Friday 10:30 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday 10:30 AM to 6 PM.
