Color plans are built around each client's starting point, hair history and goals. A consultation includes a detox treatment that prepares the hair for color and shows its condition. The salon says its priority is hair health and keeping hair intact, that it never lets hair over-process, and that its color formulations are designed to speed processing. According to the salon, its Megix 10 demi-permanent line can achieve full gray coverage in about ten minutes.

Before a color appointment, new color clients send unedited photos of their hair taken in natural light, inspiration photos and a short note on their goals. The Full Refresh starts at $400 and includes a pre-treatment for bond protection, a post-treatment for bond strengthening and custom color, with an optional deep conditioning treatment. Partial and mini refreshes, Express Root Coverage and Blonde Babe are also offered; Blonde Babe includes a consultation and a personalized maintenance plan with at-home care advice, and touch-ups are recommended every four to six weeks.

Beyond color, the salon offers haircuts for adults, children under 12 and teens, plus gender neutral and pixie cuts, blowouts, custom partial and full perms, a keratin complex treatment that smooths frizz and protects color, and a detox treatment for hard water minerals and product buildup. Creative color, including vivid, pastel, jewel tone and neon shades, is planned after an in-person consultation. Hair models can book haircuts and custom color at reduced rates through the model program.
