Visits begin with a conversation about the guest's hair history, what they hope to change and how much upkeep they want to commit to. Guests planning a major change, or who already have color or lightener on their hair, are advised to start with an All & Any Consultation, about 30 minutes, with the fee credited toward the service on the day.

Color is a major focus. Custom work includes balayage, highlights, teasy-lights, foilyage, blended foiling, dimensional blonding, dimensional balayage and babylights, along with money pieces, bleach and tone, and vivid fashion shades. Keratin smoothing, perms, curly-hair cuts, blowouts, formal styling and a Moroccanoil scalp reset and conditioning services round out the menu.

It is listed in the DevaCurl salon directory with Level 2 Advanced training. Prices vary by stylist, time and product, and the final total is shown in the live booking menu. Pricing follows a Level 1 through Level 4 system that reflects the demand each provider has built for their time.

The salon is open Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 3 PM and Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Appointments are booked through the online menu. A card on file holds a reservation, though guests who prefer not to leave one may book as walk-ins when availability allows. Cancellations or reschedules need more than 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations carry a fee of 50% of the scheduled cost. Independent stylists may ask about renting a chair, with terms discussed directly with the salon.
