Its acne program, Acne Bootcamp, is a structured clearing plan that begins with a consultation and often includes a first treatment on the same day, followed by a custom home regimen and ongoing check-ins. It uses Face Reality at-home products alongside in-office treatments and does not involve prescription drugs. Because the program depends on steady follow-through, the studio asks for commitment from both the client and the esthetician.

Facials range from a 60-minute custom facial, which can add high frequency, LED light or ultrasonic treatment depending on skin needs, to a 75-minute dermaplaning facial with a deep cleanse, targeted extractions and scalp and decollete massage. Chemical peels and microneedling are also available. Chemical peels are offered only to existing clients who are already receiving treatments. Microneedling is a 60-minute collagen-stimulating treatment aimed at fine lines, acne scarring, texture, pores and discoloration.

Brow services cover shaping, waxing, lamination, tinting and a combined Signature Refined Brows service. Lash services include lash lifts with a tint and a tint add-on for lashes that are already curled.

New clients can book a 70-minute first visit that combines a consultation with a customized facial. The visit ends with a personalized treatment plan and home-care recommendations.

Policies: cancellations must be made online at least 24 hours ahead, or a 50 percent cancellation fee applies. No-call no-shows and same-day cancellations may be charged the full service amount. Clients who arrive 15 or more minutes late are treated as no-shows and may receive a shorter appointment. All product sales are final.

Riley takes a personalized approach that weighs each client's needs and goals, and says every protocol is built, tested and refined in-house with products backed by clinical research.
