Lash services are the core of the menu. Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, with optional color lashes; bottom lashes are an add-on and are not included in the base set. Fills need to be booked within seven days of a previous visit, and after three weeks a fill is treated as a new set. Extension removal is also offered. Brow services include lamination, tint and waxing, plus a brow-only wax.

Facial options include a customized corrective facial that starts with a skin analysis, a back facial open to all clients, and a choice of microneedling or a chemical peel, where clients pick one rather than both. Waxing covers most of the body, from brows and facial waxing to full body service, with a separate men's menu covering face, beard, chest, arms, legs, underarms, buttocks and Brazilian waxing.

Packages combine services into one visit, such as a facial with a Brazilian wax or lash extensions, and a larger package that pairs a Brazilian and underarm wax, a customized facial and a set of lashes.

Clients should complete consultation and waiver forms before every appointment, including returning clients. Clients must be 18 or older, or come with a legal guardian. Deposits are generally non-refundable, and appointments are treated as canceled after a 15-minute late arrival. Remaining balances can be paid by cash, CashApp, Apple Pay or Zelle, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for approved bookings.

The business also runs one-on-one training for licensed estheticians, including lash extension training, bottom lash training, body waxing, lamination, wax and tint, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and hydrodermabrasion. The lash extension course covers business setup, booking, pricing, client acquisition and hands-on skills, and includes ongoing mentorship.
