According to the studio, the goal is for guests to unwind and leave feeling more self-assured, with an emphasis on precision and comfort. Treatments on offer include lash tinting and lash lifts, brow lamination, brow waxing and tinting, Brazilian waxing, facial treatments, and vajacials.

The Deluxe Hydrofacial starts at $100 and runs 90 minutes. It combines hydrodermabrasion, suction, water and serums, and finishes with a mask and an oxygenation spray. A jelly mask can be added to a facial for $10 in place of the regular mask.

Booking in advance is strongly encouraged. Walk-ins are only taken when the stylist is free, which is uncommon. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice or a fee of 50 percent of the appointment applies, while emergency cancellations are not charged. Unconfirmed appointments may be removed from the schedule at least an hour before the appointment time and remain subject to the cancellation policy. Late cancellations may require a deposit before future bookings, and a no-call, no-show leads to a ban from booking. Male Brazilian waxing is arranged by referral from a current client or someone known to the stylist, or judged case by case, and requires a deposit and a booking with a name and phone number.
