Extensions are a major part of the work. The salon offers bonded keratin extensions, weft installs, clip-in extension supply, and mesh and mesh-less integration systems for hair loss. Its toppers use Great Lengths hair, which is double drawn and comes from a B Corp. Installation and removal appointments can't be booked online, so clients contact the salon to arrange them. Before extension work, consultations run 25 to 30 minutes by FaceTime or Zoom at no charge, and the consult cost is applied to service costs after installation.

Color services include gloss or toner, single process color, highlights or foilyage using foils or balayage, and base color with highlights. Smoothing is offered through the Brazilian Blowout system, which is customized for all hair types and textures. The salon also offers cuts, styles, and makeup, with lashes as an up-charge. House calls are available. Brides can book a consultation of 90 minutes or more, and are asked to contact the salon to confirm wedding-day availability before booking a trial.

Booking terms: a 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts and are final sale. Makeup product purchases are applied to the cost of applications and lessons. The salon accepts payments.
