A visit typically begins with a drink offered on arrival and a conversation about what the guest wants to achieve. Guests are welcome to bring photos or look through look books when choosing a new style. Stylists give their honest professional opinion and lay out the options, and the salon says it aims to make every guest feel looked after in a warm, close-knit way.

The menu is broad and grouped by service type. Blowouts include straight blowouts, flatiron and curling styling, curl styling, and a root touch-up with cut and blowout. Color ranges from corrective color and full or partial highlights to glosses, root touch-ups and a relaxer treatment.
