The menu covers cutting, full and partial color, and styling. Many color services can be paired with a haircut or a blow dry, so a visit can be planned around the result someone wants.

Extensions are a separate offering. A 20-minute consultation is available, and the consultation fee is applied toward the hair price if a client books. Installation in two rows, moving up beaded rows and removal are all listed, with the cost of hair not included in the installation price. A 15-minute scalp massage can be added to any service, and a 40-minute Frost Yourself Scalp Treatment is offered for dry, flaky or itchy scalps.

The studio is open to new clients. First-time guests are asked to book a new client haircut, and anyone who has not been in for more than three months is asked to book a specialty haircut. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment carry a fee, and no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full service price. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The work is built around precise cutting and color that suits each client, with the aim of helping people feel confident in their hair day to day.
