Services are grouped by style family, and most list a set price with the price band stated in the menu. Box braids run from a retouch up to 28 to 34 inch styles, and the studio notes that shampoo, conditioner and blow dry are included while the hair itself must be bought separately. Cornrows, crochet braids, human hair kinky twists, passion twists, Senegalese twists and havana twists each have their own range of lengths and sizes. Men's natural styles and women's natural hair services such as silk press and two strand twists are also offered, along with texture weave installs and wig installs.

A visit usually starts with a 30-minute consultation, priced at $30, to talk through a style or any concerns. Payment for a hairstyle is due once the style is finished on the day of the appointment. The studio asks for 24 hours' notice to cancel without a charge; a late cancellation carries 25% of the service price, and a missed appointment carries 50%.

Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with the studio closed Sunday and Monday. All product sales are final with no returns.
