Appointments are booked through an online scheduling page. New clients complete a virtual and an in-person consultation within 24 hours of booking before the appointment is fully confirmed. Color and chemical services always start with a consultation that reviews hair history, texture, health, length and the color and style goals. A new client consultation costs $25 for 30 minutes, and a consultation for color and chemical services costs $75 for 45 minutes.

On-location visits carry a minimum concierge travel fee of $125, charged separately from the service price. A luxury concierge experience brings 30 minutes of styling to a client's home, hotel or private space, and a five-hour private concierge styling session covers red carpet, press and special event looks. The business describes its on-location private styling as a VIP experience.

Consultation comes first for color and chemical work, with the plan built around hair history, texture, health, length and the client's goals.
