The spa combines skincare and facial treatments with massage. Its team of eight brings 31 years of esthetics experience between them, plus 46 years of massage work done by hand. The spa uses and retails Eminence Organics, which the spa calls organic and sustainably sourced. It says it holds certified green spa status. According to the spa, its skincare has won awards.

The Custom Holistic Facial Journey begins with a consultation and can combine extractions, facial cupping, gua sha and high-frequency therapy. Buccal and intra-oral massage techniques are offered both as standalone sessions and as add-ons.

Visits are booked in advance, though last-minute appointments may be possible when openings exist. The spa is open Tuesday through Saturday with shorter hours on Friday and Saturday, and it is closed Mondays and Sundays. Guests can park in the free lot. Clients should arrive about 10 minutes early, avoid perfume on the day of the visit, and expect a shoe-free facility where sandals are provided. Cancellations need 48 hours notice, and a credit card is required to hold appointments. Facials cannot be done during an active cold sore, and potent topicals such as retinol should be stopped 3 to 5 days beforehand.

The outdoor spa covers about 2,000 square feet and includes a Finnish sauna, a cold rinse, an all-season glass solarium, fire pits and an open-air lounge. Hot and cold therapy circuits are available there, and the space can be rented privately by the hour or booked for group hosting, with guests bringing their own food and beverages.
