A visit starts at the front desk, followed by a short consultation with the therapist or esthetician about preferences and goals. Estheticians also talk with each client before a facial to choose the treatment for that day. Guests are given a robe and slippers for the amenity areas, and bathing suits are required there, with a shower taken first. Therapists close the visit with aftercare tips and wellness suggestions. Guests not booking amenities are asked to arrive 15 to 20 minutes early, and those using amenities are asked to come an hour early.
