Hair services include cuts ranging from curly and youth cuts to signature, transformation or donation cuts, plus lived-in and corrective color, all-over color, new growth retouches and men's color. Blonding comes in face-frame, partial and full versions, with options for a blowout or a cut and style. The salon describes its blonding as the best clients have had. Keratin complexes, conditioning, a signature blowout and a toner refresh round out the hair menu, and bang trims are offered as well.

Nail services cover mini, bare, traditional, dry and Gel-X manicures, along with structured dry manicures and pedicures in bare, gel polish, classic, Russian and waterless styles. Dry manicures use an electric file without soaking, and the Dry Wellness Pedicure is designed for heavy callus buildup and dry feet. Nail art is an add-on priced separately.

Facial options include customizable and customized facials, a microdermabrasion facial and a dermaplaning facial, with glycolic peel, LED light, sheet mask and dermaplaning available as add-ons. Brow and lash services include tinting, lamination, and tint paired with lamination. Waxing uses a chamomile-infused soft wax that suits sensitive skin, and covers everything from chin and lip to Brazilian. Bikini, extended bikini and Brazilian waxes are offered for female anatomy only, based on the salon's training and scope.

Booking is online, with a card on file to reserve. Walk-ins are taken when space allows, but booking ahead is advised for a particular artist or time. Hair and nail services can be done in the same visit, and the salon helps coordinate them. New guests are directed to the New Guest Cut, which allows extra time for a consultation; consultations are complimentary. Still water, sparkling water, Diet Coke and Coke are complimentary, and gift cards can be bought in person, by phone or online. The salon is reached by stairway only, with parking in front of the building and a rear entrance for those parked in back.
