A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, though the stylist may use discretion. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.

On Tuesday and Wednesday evenings the salon offers men's self-care sessions, and no hair services are booked on those evenings. The Gentle Calm session ($65, 45 minutes) includes scalp cleansing with steam, a facial, scalp massage and a drink. Black Boy Joy ($85, 60 minutes) includes scalp cleansing with steam, a facial, a blow-dry if needed and a drink. Five-session packages are available for Gentle Calm, Black Boy Joy and Mindful Restoration, along with the Wash 'N Blow Deluxe package at $200. The Mindful Restoration package expires one year after purchase, and existing package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked through the services page. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
