A visit usually starts with a consultation, which begins at $25 and is used to assess the hair and the look a client wants. Custom color is mixed to order, from natural shades to pastel hues. Between appointments, clients can book a complimentary clean-up cut and ask for advice on keeping their hair healthy.

The offerings are grouped into Hair Color, Haircut, Services, Styles, Styling, Treatment, Clothing and Education. The business highlights blondes and silver hair, bold color, and natural hair and curls, and it has specific pricing for locs across several services, including coloring, deep conditioning and the Olaplex bond treatment.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before an appointment are not charged. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged 50% of the service price, and no-shows are charged the full price. Travel fees of $35 apply to house calls or on-site stylists and vary by location.
