New guests book a New Guest Consultation before their first styling service, starting at $100. It includes a personalized consultation, a moisturizing or protein treatment, a complimentary dusting trim and hair care recommendations. Every service includes a professional shampoo, a conditioning treatment and a blow dry, and braiding hair is included with all adult braid styles.

Some services need extra steps. Clip-in installations require a consultation first, single process color requires a consultation completed within two weeks of the color appointment, and Creative Braid Style prices are starting estimates set after inspiration photos are reviewed. Miracle Knots are priced by natural hair length with a minimum of 4 inches required, and Bohemian Knotless styles call for 100% human hair with minimum lengths listed per style.

Booking terms are clear. Changes or cancellations are requested at least 48 hours ahead; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service total to the card on file, and no-shows, including arrivals after a 15-minute grace period, are charged the full total. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Emergency appointments are handled as requests rather than automatic confirmations and require a 50% emergency fee deposit at the time of request, which does not count toward the final total.
