Guests are greeted at the door, offered a beverage and given a complimentary snack during service, and a wireless phone charger is available at each station.

New guests begin with an in-person consultation, which is required for all color and extension services and costs $25, applied as a deposit toward the booked service. A card on file holds reservations, and no-shows are charged in full. Children under 13 are not permitted in the salon, and a signed consent form is needed before any service. Guests are asked not to bring friends or family because space is limited.

Session visits run from one to six hours and are built around how much work the hair needs: a one-hour reset that covers wash, gloss and style, through to a six-hour overhaul. Sessions of two hours or more include product, color, lightener where needed, a treatment of choice, a haircut, blowout and style, along with a scalp massage and a hot aroma towel. Blonding and balayage refreshes are the main focus of the longer sessions, and a meal is provided for the five- and six-hour visits.

Extension work uses 100% human, remy, double-drawn, hand-tied and genius wefts. Move-ups take about two to three hours and include a take-home care kit. Hair extensions are said to last around ten to twelve months with maintenance every six to eight weeks. Mesh integration is a semi-permanent custom system for thinning hair and hair loss, built after an in-person consultation, with a personalized quote and care plan and Re-Fit visits every four to six weeks. Monday private mesh appointments are available with no other guests or stylists in the salon. Photos taken for hair loss concerns are saved to the client profile and not shared without consent.

The salon also runs a stylist assistant program of six to twelve months for new cosmetology graduates and people new to town. Pay is hourly plus tips, with commission on retail sold, and assistants keep all guest tips. Opportunity shifts start at one per week and build to three per week by the end of the program.

Each new guest's visit is planned around an in-person consultation and a custom quote, followed by at-home care guidance and scheduled maintenance.
