Randi-Rae

Randi-Rae is a stylist, owner and educator at Randi-Rae Styles. She has worked behind the chair for 18 years, starting in 2007, and moved from Seattle to Nashville in 2017, where she rebuilt the business and grew into a salon owner. Hair extensions have been her specialty for more than 13 years, and mesh integration is her main focus. She is trained and certified in the Harper Ellis Concealed Bead Method and Invisible Bead Extensions. Her training includes the Harper Ellis Concealed Method in 2020, Harper Ellis Master Trained in 2021, the Invisible Bead Method in 2023, and Confidence with Crowns for mesh integration in 2024. Her training also includes Qiai Hair Controller treatment training. Her experience includes New York Fashion Week in February 2024 and Paris Fashion Week in September 2024. She works with low-maintenance, blended, natural-looking colors paired with extensions and focuses on building the confidence of her guests. Mesh integration is offered to women returning after hair loss. She also works with stylist assistants, recommends the Harper Ellis Method Training and Certification to those who want to pursue extension work, and sets daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals with them while tracking their growth.
