RaeEsthetics was created in 2022 by Kylee Hawkins, who has worked in the esthetics industry since 2020. The studio is in Suite 141 at Link Office Suites on Commerce Drive in Carmel.

Services are grouped into add-ons, brows, facials and waxing. The facials include an Express Facial, a Signature Facial that starts with a skin analysis and includes a custom enzyme masque and custom Hydrojelly Mask, and a Chemical Peel Facial for returning facial clients, using very superficial to superficial peels customized to skin type and goals. New clients can book the same Signature Facial. Waxing covers the brows, face, body and intimate areas, with Brazilian and Vagacial services for female anatomy.

Brow services include a brow wax, a brow wax with tint, and brow lamination, which temporarily relaxes and sets brow hair upward and is said to last six to seven weeks with proper care. Add-ons such as dermaplaning, the Hydrojelly Mask and High Frequency can be combined with certain facial and waxing services.

Appointments are booked online through the studio's Glossgenius page. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours, or a no call, no show, is charged at 100% of the service amount, and arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling with a 50% charge. Repeat no call, no shows without any communication lead to a permanent ban from future bookings. The studio is open Tuesday 9 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 2 PM to 7 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Monday, Friday and Sunday.
