A visit usually starts with a consultation of 15 to 30 minutes before the facial. New clients receive a customized skincare guide, product recommendations, and a PDF recap of the visit. Options range from a quick maintenance facial and a 45-minute Faster Facial to longer treatments such as the 275-dollar Complete Ritual Facial, which combines every combinable service the business offers. Dermaplaning can be added to most facials for about 15 more minutes.

Bridal clients can book a bridal trial at the Carmel studio or request a house call for the trial. Makeup artist travel is free within 15 miles of the artist's Indianapolis home, and bridal travel is charged per mile to and from the chosen location, with most of Indianapolis included in the package. The first invoice is a retainer that holds the wedding date, and brides receive 10 percent off services leading up to the wedding. Bridal trials take about two hours and are best booked three to five months before the wedding.
